Profile
An international business professional with 30 years of living and working experience in Japan, and extensive expertise in business development, corporate strategy and operations across Japan and global markets. A trained Japanologist by education, he is fluent in Japanese, speaks the Osaka dialect at native level, and regards Osaka as his home city. He began his career at Mitsubishi Corporation, then led business development and management across medical devices, food manufacturing, construction DX and consulting. As CEO, he has led new business launches and manufacturing site operations, taking responsibility from strategy and execution to organisational design and global expansion. Today, as a partner at Mogami Partners, he provides hands-on advisory for companies entering Japan, going beyond strategy to support practical execution.
